The full report (£29) unlocks the complete 13-category scorecard, rewritten title and description, photo recommendations, amenity gap analysis, trust-signal advice, and a full prioritised action plan.

Submitting your listing details takes around 10 minutes. The AI analysis typically completes within a few minutes. You'll receive an email notification when your report is ready.

No — the full report doesn't require you to upload anything. It automatically analyses the first 4 photos from your listing, so you get photo feedback either way. If you'd prefer, you can choose which specific photos the report analyses. And for a deeper, image-by-image review of your whole gallery, use our standalone Photo Review tool (see below).

Photo Review is a standalone tool in your dashboard that analyses your listing photos one at a time — scoring each on composition, lighting, and guest appeal, giving you a clean, enhanced version to download, and a reshoot brief for the shots that are holding you back. It works on its own, separate from the £29 listing audit.

Your first 3 photos are free — scored, so you can try the tool before paying. After that it runs on photo credits: 1 credit analyses 1 photo and unlocks its enhanced download and reshoot brief. You buy credits in packs — the bigger the pack, the better the per-photo price (see our pricing page for current rates). Credits never expire and work across all of your listings.
