What is LetMomentum?
LetMomentum is an AI-powered audit service for holiday-let and short-term rental listings. You submit your listing details and receive a structured report with scores, rewritten copy, and a prioritised action plan to improve guest confidence and bookings.
Which platforms do you support?
We can audit listings from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Lodgify, Sykes, Cottages.com, and any direct-booking website. The audit focuses on your listing content — title, description, uploaded photos, amenities, and trust signals — rather than platform-specific settings.
How is the free teaser different from the full report?
The free teaser gives you an overall score, your top three audit findings, and a couple of quick wins. The full report (£29) unlocks the complete 13-category scorecard, rewritten title and description, photo recommendations, amenity gap analysis, trust-signal advice, and a full prioritised action plan.
How long does the audit take?
Submitting your listing details takes around 10 minutes. The AI analysis typically completes within a few minutes. You'll receive an email notification when your report is ready.
Do I need to upload photos?
Photos are optional but recommended. If you upload them during setup, we can provide per-photo guidance, ordering advice, and missing-shot recommendations. Without photos, the audit focuses on your copy, amenities, and trust signals.
Is this a subscription?
No. LetMomentum uses a simple one-off payment model. You pay £29 per full audit report. There are no recurring charges. The free teaser requires no payment at all.
Can I audit multiple properties?
Yes. Each audit is for a single property and listing. You can submit as many audits as you like — each one generates its own report.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
Our AI system is trained on best practices for holiday-let listing optimisation and uses structured scoring criteria. While no automated tool replaces human expertise entirely, the reports are designed to identify genuine improvement opportunities and provide commercially useful recommendations.
Can I download my report?
Your report is saved in your dashboard and accessible any time. PDF download is on our roadmap and will be available soon.
What happens to my data?
Your listing data is stored securely and used only to generate your audit report. We don't share your data with third parties or use it for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
