Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2025

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LetMomentum, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service description

LetMomentum provides AI-generated audit reports for holiday-let and short-term rental listings. Reports include scores, analysis, rewritten copy, and recommendations. Our service is advisory in nature — we do not guarantee specific booking outcomes or revenue increases.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Payments and refunds

Full audit reports are available for a one-off payment of £29 per property audit. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Once a report has been generated, we are unable to offer refunds as the service has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents report generation, please contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

Intellectual property

The content of your audit reports is generated for your use. You may use the rewritten copy and recommendations in your own listings. The LetMomentum platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

User content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including listing descriptions and photos. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to process it for the purpose of generating your audit report.

Limitation of liability

LetMomentum provides recommendations based on AI analysis. We do not guarantee specific results from implementing our suggestions. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific report in question.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
